Logos
Clients are entitled to revisions on their logo designs based on the number specified in their purchased package, as long as they provide timely feedback within 3 business days of receiving the designs. If a client exceeds this timeframe, changes to the logo may incur an additional charge. Typically, original logo designs are delivered within 1-2 business days.
Websites
For website development projects valued at over $1500, a written contract is required to establish payment terms and conditions for the work performed. Projects requiring website development for $1500 or less include 3 revisions on the mockups, provided the client responds within five business days upon receiving each revision. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in additional charges for alterations.
- 100% refund is only acceptable if you have you are not satisfied on the initial mocks of the Logo or Website
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
- Once revisions have been made or the website is in the development phase, refunds will not be provided.
- The Project Manager serves as a convenient platform for customers to communicate with us. It is your responsibility to regularly check and utilize the Account Area to address any questions, concerns, or additional instructions requested by us. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund. In case you are unsure about using the area, you can always reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
- Design firms or individuals ordering our design services on behalf of another entity are not eligible for refunds.
- If you are engaging multiple designers, firms, or services for your logo design simultaneously, no refunds will be issued.
- Within the package you select, we provide multiple design concept mockups at no additional cost. If you choose to proceed with additional design concepts, a refund will not be applicable. For instance, if you opt for our Basic Package, which includes four design mockups/concepts, and you are unsatisfied with all of them but desire to explore more concepts, you waive your entitlement to a refund.
- Once you have received the final files of your logo(s), website, or application, no refunds will be issued. These final files include source vector files in high resolution, which are provided at the end of the revision process, as well as the code or login information for websites or applications.
- Refunds are not available if you fail to provide feedback within 5 business days for a logo or blog, or within 7 business days for a website and other services after receiving the initial designs for review.
